Open Hikae, go to Settings โ Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription.
If you're a Pro subscriber, open Hikae and go to Settings โ Manage subscription to change your plan or cancel. You can also manage your subscription directly through your Apple ID by opening Settings โ [your name] โ Subscriptions on your iPhone and tapping Hikae. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple. Pro subscribers can request one directly from the app via Settings โ Manage subscription. You can also go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for your Hikae purchase.
